Stephani has recently completed her PhD in Higher Education Administration: Education Leadership from Liberty University. Her dissertation is titled “The Traditional Student Myth: A Multiple Case Study on the Experiences of Traditional Students with Nontraditional Student Characteristics” and is intended to add value to the growing body of research around this growing student demographic.

Recently, Stephani was the chief academic officer at the newest institution of higher education in Kansas and Missouri, Skilled KC Technical Institute. At SKC, she served as the Chief Academic Officer and provided the vision and leadership for all workforce education programs within a student-centered learning environment, including planning, development, administration, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and services.

 

Prior to joining Skilled KC, Greytak was Vice President of Instruction at Salina Area Technical College, where she provided oversight of department chairs and programs; coordination of program development, community and industry support, and use of resources; and ensured alignment with the college’s mission, as well as with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Previously, she was Associate VP of Academics at Cowley College.

 

She has a Master of Science in educational/instructional technology from the National University, and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Kansas State University.
